Hi Mike,

I tried with 2.0-beta-5 which I've found the most reliable, and that also
failed

In these situations I often end up using the site descriptor
(src/site/site.xml)
as a workaround - but this means you end up manually adding module links :(

when I get time, I'd like look into this more closely to find what's going
wrong,
so please feel free to log this issue on JIRA even if the problem isn't with
pax
