The files is moved. But the suckiness of maven prevents paxrunner from taking
the correct new base 0.5.1-SNAPSHOT (transitive dependency thing).
So the commit to paxrunner is outstanding until this is fixed.
(if somehome wants to try: build trunk base to get 0.5.1-SNAPSHOT, then change
runner/pom.xml dependeny.base.version to 0.5.1-SNAPSHOPT, change Pipe used in
PlatformImpl to package org.ops4j.base.io)
