starting paxrunner with something like -bcp/p=<anyurl>
let paxrunner crash.
This happens because of wrong classpath to string building and was introduced
in r13577.
Solutions is simple (once reason was found), reconstruct classpath from array
properly inside JavaRunner implementation.
