Currently, when Pax runner launches a framework, it uses the --bootDelegation
option (when provided) to set the org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation property in
the started framework.
It would be nice to have this OSGi property written to the generated framework
configuration file as well (e.g. into the config.ini file in the equinox case)
, in order to make the property available when the framework is started by
other means (such as by running the framework main jar file).
