Pax Runner becomeing a more and more versatile "platform" for other tools, i
would like to suggest a "in-runner" solution for that.
If you use Pax Runner API (like in Exam), why not ask it for available
versions etc.

Otherwise this would become yet another dependency to mantain (see, a new
felix then requires a new runner and new exam, at least)
