I tried to "mvn package" and it failed: [INFO] Compiling 4 source files to /media/workspace/drivenow-osgi/jdaemon/jdaemon-main/target/classes [INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [ERROR] BUILD ERROR [INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [INFO] Fatal error compiling
Embedded error: Error while executing the external compiler. java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory I removed the <executable> element from jdaemon-main/pom.xml and it compiled fine Is this element really needed ? Seems like it puts an unnecessary requirement on the environment ?
