well, what do you want to do ?I mean, we have (in pax runner + exam) an CXF
profile that provides (guess..) all soap relevant stuff.

But i haven't used cxf myself so far, so you might need to digg into
http://cxf.apache.org/
Thats what you need anyway (even outside of osgi)
