Sources jars for 0.6.0+ seem to be empty

The sources jars for pax-web do not have any source code in them. This makes it
hard for maven to grab the source code and eclipse to resolve it correctly.

To make the situation even more annoying, the link to the source code on the
wiki is broken so it becomes really hard to find the source at all.

If you are already using the release plugin then I guess someone needs to see
why the sources are not being included in the sources jars. Also, someone
should update the wiki.
