Setting local repository used by mvn: url handler can be done in pax runner by
using --org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.localRepository or the aliases --localRepository
and --lr.
But maven users (and some tools like Hudson/TeamCity) are using the
"maven.local.repo" so, to make their life easier --maven.local.repo can be
supported as an alias.
