Yep, file URIs on Windows can be confusing and not always intuitive... btw have
you tried:
install -s
mvn:file:\\cesar\share_docs\X3S\repository!org.apache.camel.example/reportincident.persistence/1.0-SNAPSHOT
also take a look at
