Gang,
No, this is not yet another website/domain change call. Its about a the
systems where pax tools are running on.

Motivation:
Pax Exam has by default a home and cache folder in <tmp>/paxexam_blabla.
So, now recently there was the request that people want
- to "revisit" the create instance later (using pax-run.sh --ups
--workingFolder=<folder>)
- get the tes probe in their hands for later usage

So, i was about to move the default location to the users homefolder where
its more "visible" and "i care about" location.
Same time, i know Pax Runner was thinking about having a "installation base"
in order to allow upgrades, probably cache the downloaded stuff more
effectively per user instead of always the default folder.

So, i am thinking of introducing something like PAX_HOME or so which
defaults to <userhome>/ops4jpax or so.
Under that we could do all kinds of stuff while still being visible.

Totally crap or reasonable ?

cheers,
Toni
