You've got a point there ... I was actually searching for a latin word for "collective", to reflect "HiveMind" in the sense of group mind (<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Group_mind_(science_fiction)>). BTW, inspired by the above article: OverMind would be another possibility. It will, however, be hard to beat Starcraft at Google, esp. now that Starcraft 2 is on the way ... Or were you thinking of something suggestive or similar?
