thanks  for your answer. I spent some more time today to look at web
framework/osgi compatbility, and the situation seems to be not great
yet.
I can confirm that definitely Stripes has some problems with OSGi; it
has an internal automatic discovery of ActionBean classes that doesn't
play well with OSGi.

Struts2 has the OSGi plugin, you are right, but it doesn't seem to
follow the "all OSGi" approach as you write.

I like Wicket a lot, but it's a bit overkill for this project... so
I'm still looking for alternatives...
