Hello All,

  I am trying out Pax Exam. I followed the tutorial1
(http://wiki.ops4j.org/display/paxexam/Pax+Exam+-+Tutorial+1).

  I started with the most simple case. It was successful for the first run, bet
when I ran it for the second time (without changing anything) PaxExam froze at
"Wait for test container to finish its initialization without timing out":
