I think that your caveats are absolutely right and acceptable. Do you
agree Nathan?

I've setup plan LQB-DEF: http://ci.ops4j.org/browse/LQB-DEF - SVN
repository polling every 3600 seconds. Last build time was: 1 minute
12 seconds so server has not so much to work.

Nathan, after you create account on OPS4J:
http://issues.ops4j.org/secure/Signup!default.jspa,  I'll grant you
rights to LQB-DEF.
