Fix For: 1.1.1
Currently wrap: handler does not support overwriting of manifest. This means
that if the wrapped jar is already a bundle then the manifest is not
recalculated.
But sometimes you need to do that, so there should be an option to force
rewrite of manifest.
overwrite=full - to rewrite the whole manifest
overwrite=merge - to reuse the current manifest and rewrite only the parts
related to instructions
