The conditional expression should allow the user to use the operating system
type as an evaluation parameter inside a contribution:
<contribution .... if="os LINUX">

</contribution>
The OSs should be split into the following (for now) OSs:
LINUX
WINDOWS
AIX
SUNOS
MAC
GENERIC
