Your mail with the two reply-to headers is indeed useful, adding one
myself to this one. It seems like a good work-around for such lists,
still a work-around. In general I agree with:

I don't see where an effort is needed to set up client properly,
personally I just use default thunderbird and nokia mail client which
both give the option to reply to all.
