No solution here, only an example:
I'm working with pax-exam 1.2.0 and my code look like this:
mavenBundle("org.ops4j.pax.web", "pax-web-service")
instead
mavenBundle().groupId("org.ops4j.pax.logging").artifactId("pax-logging-api"),
