Update Pax runner eclipse plugin for Felix 2.05

The framework dropdown in the eclipse plugin for pax runner, does not allow me
to select any of the newest Felix releases (f.x. 2.02 or 2.05). Also, I can't
find an easy way to add this manually.
I would the framework drowndown in the eclipse plugin to allow me to select the
new felix framework releases and/or the ability to add a new release in eclipse
preferences.
