I think I may be seeing this same problem, and as Bartosz says it happens 
rarely and is extremely difficult to reproduce.

Do you have any more details about what the problem is and how to fix it?  I 
have been looking into this for some time and would appreciate more information 
about what is wrong here.  Thanks.
