When pax-create-project runs it creates a relatively complex pom structure with 5 folders nested two deep and each containing a separate pom.xml, some with duplicate xml.
I'm looking at documenting some what pax does for less advanced programmers such as myself, but realizing that I myself am pretty clueless on nature of the complex pom structure, so I'd have a pretty hard time documenting it for someone else.
