I'd love to help get pax construct updated but am not qualified. I
currently have my own project templates working which started from
pax-construct created projects but seem to work with Maven 3 and the
latest Spring bundles, for example.

Please inform if there is anything I could do short of assuming
Stuart's role which I am not qualified for. I've never even done a
build off of the pax code repos.
