Fix For: 1.3.1
- make sure the Manifest-Instructions key is CamelCase
- add additional Web-ContextPath to possible Manifest keys
- Import-Package needs to support version range with included and excluded
version like [2,3) (the [ and ] are missing right now)
- BndUtils.parseInstructions should also work with whitespaces in url (e.g.
Export-Package=*; version="2.4.0")
