I'm not sure if I did get your question right,

you do have two IP-Adresses e.g. 192.168.0.100 and 192.168.0.200 and
want to listen with different SOAP (CXF) Endpoints?

Right now I would say this is hardly possible, usually you are able to
bind one jvm on a certain IP adress (device).
Since using ServiceMix 4.3 you might take a look at Apache Camel. I'm
not sure if you can bind the cxf-endpoint to a certain IP Address but
you surely can bind it on a certain Port. Camel does use Jetty
Internally for providing the HTTP infrastructure.

Pax-Web is not possible to bind to two different IP-Addresses (at least
I don't know)
