Right now if the WAB is a Fragment attached to another Bundle the
Web-ContextPath is tried to be read from the Host-Bundle.
If the Host-Bundle doesn't contain a Web-ContextPath it needs to be found out
if there is a attached Fragment Bundle and if so if this is the one
containing a Web-ContextPath.
