Hey toni,

this is the "Documentation Theme". It is available in the newer confluence
versions. I don't think that it is available as a plugin for older versions, but
we should anyhow update our atlassian stack if we don't get a place on the
atlassian servers; shouldn't we?

p.s.: +1 to use the Documentation Theme for the ops4j wiki if we have access to
