It's the new master POM.
Before, our snapshot repository was
http://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/ops4j-snapshots
With the new POM, the snapshot repository is
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots
I suppose the appropriate credentials must be added to Hudson's Maven
settings.xml, and I hope we don't require a new user account for that.
I don't have ssh access to the Hudson machine, so I can't help at the
moment.
