Trying to upgrade Pax CDI, I just noticed that the Pax Web 3.0.0.M1
artifacts cannot be downloaded from Central, but they are visible in the
Central Search Engine.
Normally, it's the other way round, and updates of Central and the
search index should never take longer than 6 hours, so I suspect there's
a problem with the Sonatype OSS promotion process.
Or maybe it's a mirror issue, I'm not sure how Central is organized
under the hood.
Anyway, I think we should raise an issue with Sonatype.
