Thanks Siavash. -  I logged into my account on the mailman server, saw
it had status 'disabled due to bounces', & changed it back to enabled. 
:)

The only problem remaining is that i don't read Persian.  ;)

Is there an Iranian open accessible system for automatic Persian to
English translation, or vice versa?

Any idea which University(ies) in Iran would most likely have a
linguistics department that would be working on that?
