Hello Valli,

Tizen doesn't come with Qt libs installed, if you want to do that you must
install all the libs by yourself (Maybe you will need to compile them as
well, but I'm not sure). Alternatively there is another set of libraries
that you can use, they are called Enlightenment Foundation Libraries (EFL).
They provide a lot of things that Qt does and the good part is that they
are already present in the phone! Also you can check my blog and there you
will find some basic steps about Tizen native programming and EFL.

Now about Qt Creator, yeah you can use it as a text editor. But to compile
a native Tizen application you usually use a tool called SBS (provided by
Samsung).
