Hi Journeyer,

Type as follow:

$ sudo dpkg -r --force-depends build

2nd parameter 'build' should be removed. I guess someone leaved 'build'
accidently when adding '--force-depends' parameter.
Sorry for your inconvenience. That'll be fixed in next release.
btw, that's why we call this release as 'alpha'. :)

Thanks,
Daehyeon

Title : [Tizen General] Documentation for Updating the Build Package.. It could
be a misspelled one.

Hello List.

(I am sorry I am posting the same message twice this time. I forgot to
write the message title in the previous message..)

I am now trying to install GBS as it is guided in the page below :
http://127.0.0.1:44945/help/topic/org.tizen.platform.programming/html/platform_dev_env/gbs_installation.htm

As you know the page above is accessible only after Tizen SDK 2.0 is installed.

There is a command line :
$ sudo dpkg -r build --force-depends build

But this command only produces an error message below :
dpkg: error: package name in specifier '--force-depends' is illegal:
must start with an alphanumeric character

I guess the guide might be something wrong.. Isn't it?

If not, I'd like to know if I did some thing wrong..

Thank you in advance.

Best regards
