Hi Journeyer, Where did you get that GT-I9300_TIZEN phone? How does it look like that? Is it lunchbox(looks like prototype and ugly big) phone?
Why don't you try following instruction which is normally Samsung developers do: Step 1. Took battery off from device and wait while completely turned off(about 10 sec for empty capacitor) Step 2. Put battery back on to device. Step 3. Press Volume Down Key first and press Power key simultaneously. (The cable given with GT-I9300_TIZEN also) And on screen I found one sentence CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD : No I wonder if this sentence means that this phone cannot get connected to any PC, or how I can connect this to my PC.
