AFAIK, libslp-tapi is the API library to be invoked by apps (e.g. org.tizen.call) who need call services, which communicates to the tel-plugin-dbus_tapi (i.e. the dBus communicator plugin) over the dBus. The dBus communicator then works with the modem plugins and the rest of telephony stack (e.g. the server run by the telephony daemon) to the real job. FYI.

Actually I am understanding the flow of telephony. The folder that starts with "tel-plugin-" are modem plugins, communicator plugin and freestyle plugin. Please correct if I am wrong.
