Hi,
You can use the pre downloaded packages by using --skip-conf-repos option
and after -R you just give the path for pre downloaded packages.
And also as per my knowledge Tizen build system download the packages only once
and save n cache the incremental builds uses the cached packages.

Is there a way to build the tizen package without downloading the repos
everytime. Tizen site gives info about building the source packages locally. I
did modifications in .gbs.conf file url path and gave url=/<path>/GBS-ROOT.
What is the right way of building the packages without downloading the repos?
