Hi Prasanna,
Where did you get the device? In last year, we supplied only RD-210(aka Lunchbox) to public conference or organization.
RD-PQ quite looks similar to Samsung Galaxy S3 and has exactly same front-panel component of SGS3.
If your device has previous version of image(1.0 Larkspur), you should upgrade partition layout according to https://source.tizen.org/documentation/reference/flash-device guide.

RD-210 is Reference Device based on Exynos 4210(C210) SoC and SGS2 HD
RD-PQ is Reference Device based on Exynos 4412(PQ) SoC and SGS3.
