Hi,

Yes, it's different since Ubuntu uses alsa ucm project while Tizen uses alsa
scenario project. Alsa ucm is the newer version of alsa scenario and they
required different conf files.
For alsa-scenario conf file, it includes a master file (default.conf) and
scenario control descriptors.

Thanks

Subject: [Tizen General] Need help in generating alsa scenario for Panda board

Hi ALL,

I am porting tizen on panda board.

I need to generate alsa scenario for pandaES board.
As per porting guide, it was mentioned that every sound card will have a conf
file.
Through which we can generate alsa scenario.

Example conf file is provided. I found pandaES.conf file from Ubuntu kernel as
mentioned below.

/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/FMAnalog
/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/PandaES.conf
/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/hifi
/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/hifiLP
/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/record
/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/voice
/usr/share/alsa/ucm/PandaES/voiceCall

But when I compared PandaES.conf with default.conf. it is quite different.
Need some pointers.

Thanks ,
Vijendar
