I am not sure if we can build the entire Tizen source.
You can follow these steps :
Decide on packages you want on the platform.
Use the existing group.xml.
Know how to write kick start file. You can use existing KS file from
repo and edit it.
Learn using mic and create a root file system.
You can go to download.tizen.org to get KS file and example group.xml file
