Dear Venkat Raju,
The enlightenment of the Tizen is running with an 'app' privilege and it is trying to check whether
the window manager can access HOME directory of 'app' (= /opt/home/app) at initial time.
Could you check the followings on your ARM target?
1) /opt/home/app directory exists in file system of your ARM target.
2) Login app (su app) and check whether user 'app' can make subdirectory (mkdir /opt/home/app/.e/e)

I've built the images for ARM board by using mic tool from latest tizen2.0 magnolia.
Not able to see any UI due to below enlightenment errors,

Enlightenment cannot create directories in your home directory.
Perhaps you have no home directory or the disk is full?
