Maybe it's possible to provide a service so that users can access emulator or 
even real devices remotely.

No, other ways.

By the way, besides VT support, you might need possibly up-to-date host graphic 
driver with OpenGL support for OpenGL acceleration on emulator.

You can see whether it is accelerated by checking the existence of "gles=1" 
when issueing "cat /proc/cmdline" on SDB shell of emulator.
