Is there anyone who solve this situation?
Don't worry. A lot of people complain about the same error. I have
personally experienced it on Ubuntu 12.10. The solution is to disable
the modemmanager. For details please check the troubleshooting guide at
our Tizen wiki:

when I run lthor
$ sudo lthor RD-210-tizen-2.0_20130218.10.tar.gz
I met an error message as followings

My system environment is as follow,
lthor version is 1.2
Ubuntu12.04 LTS
I have already removed modemmanager and rebooted the system.
Tizen 2.0
My reference phone environment,
RD-C210
"THOR Downloader v1.0 - FIT 10" shown in reference phon (during USB
download mode)
But, I met the same error.
