You can contribute the font resource by sumbitting to 'framework/graphics/default-fonts-sdk.git' repository.
For such purpose, you request review for the submission to the owner of the git repository.
In the present, we are focusing on Tizen2.1 release and we will arrange source code repository after the SDK release.
Therefore, I think that it is not a good time to submit such new resource, and I recommand you to contribute such font resources after the release of Tizen2.1.
