s-boot doesn't have download mode function. you can refer what s-boot is doing here: https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/Porting_Guide#Bootloader_Fundamentals

So, as far as you can tell, as long as we use that latest package you reference and have a Galaxy S3 I9300 (same hardware as an RD-PQ, as far as I can tell) with it's bootloader unlocked, there's no reason we shouldn't be able to put Tizen on an SGS3?
