In http://www.tizen.org > My Account > Edit, it says
"A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from Tizen will be sent to this address. This e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail. E-mail can not be changed after the account is validated." Thus if the email account be deactivated, the user won't be able to recover the password.
