Tizen SDK doesn't officialy support Windows 8 yet.
However, could you share the trouble running SDK in details?

There are two problem:
1.tizen.org,I want to register,but always tips me "You have tried to use a one-time login link that has either been used or is no longer valid. Please request a new one using the form below",but "This is a one-time login for xxx and will expire on 19 November, 2013 - 07:40.".
2.The sdk can't run on windows 8.
