I seem to get this occasionally even though I've to my knowledge made
/no/ attempts at logging in (possibly one if restarting your browser
with a tab that was formerly open on tizen.org counts).  It seems
something is a little sensitive, in my case maybe related to use of a
vpn, who knows.

So a hint: when you can get in, add an openid to your account.  When I'm
"temporarily blocked", a login with openid seems to still work for me.
