Start from tizen 3.0, all packages are built as i686, see the remote repo:

http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/tizen/mobile/tizen_20131202.4/repos/mobile/ia32/packages/

GBS has no special setting here, just do what OBS does.

if emulator sdk does not allow install i686 packages, I think that's a critical 
issue for emulator.
