In my opinion Android 3.0 was complete disaster primary because of idea
to target only tablets. Although I am not familiar with any details
regarding Tizen 3.0 I am sure that the case is different form Android
3.0.

Yes, as far I know Tizen 3.0 should be the next major release of the
platform. The anticipated open governance model is intended for it.
Tizen 3.0 and its SDK have not been released officially yet. At the
moment the latest officially available SDK is 2.2.1.
