Unless that uses the OIC protocols (see http://openinterconnect.org), it's
unlikely.
Matrix is (hopefully) complementary to OIC. Matrix is just a set of
simple HTTP APIs for client->server->server->client data synchronisation
- typically instant messaging, VoIP or any form of arbitrary data (e.g.
IOT telemetry). It effectively provides entirely decentralised
chatrooms for arbitrary data. You can use it like an opensource and
interoperable version of Slack, or a replacement to IRC/XMPP, etc.
Hence Olivier's question as to whether Intel/Samsung would consider
hosting some services as a developer resource for the Tizen community -
alongside whatever other IRC/XMPP you already have.
Separately, it'd be interesting to know how to bridge OIC data into
Matrix, but that's probably for a different ML :)
