the best is to make your own evaluation.
Just load Tizen Common on a PC and make your own benchmarks.
Wayland has still some short coming and the Window management facilities
are weak compared to X but good compared to DirectFB.
Tools kit are often not ported at 100% and depending what is your
project relining on, it might or might not be an issue.
Best is to check.
